What happens after two weeks

Around day 12, Hugh calls to go through your calls with you. You can keep it on a monthly plan, or walk away. We have not published a monthly price on this page, so you will not see a second price next to the custom builds on the home page. Nothing is charged unless you choose to continue, and Hugh will put the price in front of you before you decide.

If you walk away, we switch the agent off, release the trial number, and you remove your call forwarding. We'll tell you how. Nothing is charged. Recordings and transcripts from a cancelled trial are deleted. Hugh will confirm the timing before you start, and you can ask for a copy.

Is an AI receptionist actually worth it?

It depends on how many calls you miss and what a job is worth to you. Run your own numbers in the calculator above. If it wins back one decent job a month, it has usually paid for itself. The trial exists so you can see real calls on your own number before you spend a cent.

Will callers know it's AI?

Yes, because it tells them. Every call opens with the fact that the call is recorded and that they are speaking with your AI assistant. It sounds natural and Australian, and if someone would rather speak to you, it takes a message and flags a personal callback.

What about emergencies?

If a caller mentions smoke, fire, sparks, a burning smell, a shock or fallen wires, it tells them to hang up and call 000 if there's any danger, gives the electricity network's number for fallen lines, and texts you an urgent alert. It never gives repair advice and never promises an arrival time.

Does it work with ServiceM8, simPRO or Tradify?

Not yet. Today it texts and emails you every job, which you can add to your job software in a few seconds. Direct connections are on the roadmap. Will it quote prices or make promises?

No. It's set up to never quote prices, call-out fees or arrival times, even if pushed. It captures the job and you quote it, same as now.

Is the call recorded, and what happens to my customers' details?

Yes, callers hear that at the start. Recordings, transcripts and details are used only to run your receptionist and send you the job. They're handled under the Australian Privacy Principles. Voice and SMS providers process data overseas, mainly in the US. Hugh will send the privacy details before your trial starts. Ask and we'll delete a recording.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. You keep your number. We give you a number to forward calls to when you don't answer or after hours, and show you how to switch forwarding on and off.

What happens after the trial?

Hugh goes through your calls with you around day 12. Keep it on a monthly plan, or walk away and pay nothing. The monthly price is not on this page yet, so you decide only after Hugh puts it in front of you. If you leave, we switch it off and release the trial number.
